“Great shoe - however company kept send ing half a size higher than what I ordered - ordered 9.5 was sent 10 - this happened with 5 pairs of shoes and I was then charged £10 per pair for returning the shoes - £50 for returns a lot when not my fault - customer services haven’t bothered to return my emails - shame!”
“Good looking shoe, has nice, comfortable footbed. Sometimes I feel olukai’s can have a shallower footbed that’s not as comfortable. Shoe is definitely on the heavy side and took a bit to break in, as I felt the toe was crunching upper toes when walking but this went away.”
