I had to return my first order and the process was very smooth.
Regarding the comfort, one side provides a great arch support, the other side not so much- it could be the anatomy of my foot.
One area of concern is the front of one of the shoes that looks like the sole and the leather is coming to come apart a few months from now.

My only complaint to the feel is the tongue: It doesn't stay in place and I'm often bringing it back to center so it's not annoying on my growth plate (seems to happen more on my right foot than my left for some reason). Maybe I just need to wear thicker socks, but it's a little annoying.
Also, the arch support could be a little more- but that may be a me thing & not a fault of the shoe - I'm just noting it because my Island Hoppers have a significantly higher level of arch support and both the Island Hopper and the Papakū 'lli are noted as being "Standard" arch support under the fit guide.”
