However wrong size sent. Struggling to get response with 3 attempts. Returns site won’t give replacement and probably going to have to choose a refund at a hit of £10…. Not impressive after sales service.
Real shame the shoes appear as if they would have been cracking!

“full disclosure ~ i’ve been in the athletic / running industry for most of my career - that said, my foot is more “educated”, per se, resulting in higher expectations.
I’ve been wearing as my everyday shoe for the last 5 days or so - my (walking) commute is just over a mile each way.
That said, the shoe has shifted from very uncomfortable and stiff on day one, to more comfortable, and certainly tolorable, although still not super comfortable in the purist sense.
you have a great brand and opportunity within the space, but a few things would help; an extra 1-2mm of on the footbed, especially under metatarsals. Consider a lighter dual density midsole / outsole unit - these are HEAVY.
As a longtime Olukai user (sandals), i’m rooting for you. These are close, and can be great with a few minor tweaks. Continued good luck!”
