“I was excited to try the Olukai Island Hopper because I liked the style and have enjoyed previous Olukai products. I wore them this past weekend walking around New York City for a total distance of about 14 miles over two days. I was somewhat disappointed. These shoes are well-made but I just don't feel comfortable in them during extended periods of walking. If it was an option I would have rated them a 3.5 for overall comfort, 5 for style and 4 for extended walking. I will keep wearing them, but they won't be the shoes I bring when space is limited due to air travel.”
