“Comfortable on day one. Great shoes. They were delivered to a neighbor a few blocks away. He kindly dropped them at my house a few hours later (documented on Ring). I pinged your CS and ended up with an AI bot who kept saying they were delivered to me. I tried to get a CS agent to help as your idiot bot wanted to send me another pair. After a few efforts, I was ready to take another pair for the effort. They said another pair was on the way but that too was incorrect. You’re ruining a great brand with this BS.”
