“I purchased a set of the same style shoe and a different color about six months prior they started to fail. I emailed OuiKai and received an immediate response email asking to submit pictures and what happened. Within hours I had a warranty ticket to exchange them . I have purchased eight sets of various styles and colors from OuiKai and I haven’t ever received this level of customer service if ever !!! Awesome product and EXCEPTIONAL customer service !
