“I have loved each pair of OluKai shoes so far but these may be my favorites. The leather is soft and they are easy to slip in and out of. They are also very comfortable.”

I received a pair of the previous model of this shoe (Kakaha) for Christmas and needed to exchange them for a pair a half size larger. This happened to coincide with when the company was in the process of revamping it and coming out with the new model. This meant I had to return the old pair and wait until the new line came out to replace them.
After waiting almost a month for the new line to come out, I ordered the size I needed, only for them to arrived damaged. The packaging was undamaged, however the shoes themselves were scuffed on the sides to the point I couldn't justify keeping them and I had to exchange them again.
Finally, on the third try, they arrived in the size I needed and undamaged. Seems like a good brand and a good shoe, just "pack your patience" as they say. Overall, it wasn't the best experience I've had with a company.”
