I had an issue with a prior version of this shoe and reached out to the customer service team and worked though the issue I had with the original pair and they stood behind their product. Simply blown away at the care I was show by their team. Now, onto the shoe - I came home from vacation yesterday and am wearing them a work today and am loving the fit and feel. The issue I had in the past has been fixed with a re-design and it functions so much better because of it. Love this company and you have a customer for life!”
