“Love my new slippers . Quality is very good ,should last a long time. There a little stiff at first, take a few days to break in but feel great and not to warm on the feet. They have great traction like a sports sneaker ,they even sqweek on the floor at times . The outsole is not soft so you cant tip toe around , there loud when walking around . The insole has (Olukai) stitched onto the heal area and can be annoying if your not wearing socks . They fit small. My normal size is 10 and they were tight. I wore them for a week to see if they would break in but they did not.. I contacted customer service and they were AWESOME.. I told them I had worn the slippers and thrown out the box and they still let me return them. They gave me a return slip asap , I sent them back and the new size 11 were shipped out and recieved in 3 days . Awesome service . SIze 11 is perfect with socks . Love my new slippers and top quality service , 5 star service Thanks...”
