“Love the shoe, the only thing is that it shoes up in a wide shoe selection yet it is not particularly wide, so I needed to send it back. Which is too bad because I was hoping to replace my existing Olukai slip-on.”
“Slow shipping and returns. I was told to they run large so buy the next half size down, which I did, and it was too small. I exchanged for my regular size, which fit fine. However, after wearing them for a couple of days I found they had no arch support and were too narrow (I have a medium width foot) and were actually painful to wear. I’d return them except I have removed the tag and disposed of the box. Note that there would be a restocking fee if I did return return them, all of which makes returns neither “easy” nor “free” and I’m left with a pair of $100 shoes I can’t wear. Aloha, indeed.”
