“I have 5 pair of Olukai Ohana flip flops. Compared to the older ones, these are flimsy and less durable. Some of the other ones I’ve had for 12 years, and I obviously love them, or I never would have purchased so many pair for myself or for my daughter (she’s had hers for 15 years and wears them to do strenuous restaurant work for 16 years), or my nieces. Why in the world would you have cut back on the quality of a perfectly wonderful shoe? They’re beautiful, but they won’t wear for as long as my older ones. I just throw them in the washing machine, and they look like new.”
