“One of the few sandals that fit my wide feet and a great style.
I do wish their were more slippers and shoes that fit me. It's very unfair to women with wide feet that so few manufacturers will create shoes for us. And in my case I can't resort to wearing mens because the heels are too wide. Please consider designing MORE styles for those of us who don't have Cinderella feet!”
“This is a sturdy and heavy sandal. Going to last and keep its shape. This is a sandal with arch support. It is heavier and a bit wider than I expected but overall satisfied. I generally wear a 7-7.5 in sandals and for this one I sized up to 8 since the 7 was too small length wise.”
“I am super happy with my new paniolo flip flops! This is the second pair I have purchased and rave about them to my friends! They are very comfortable in width and the arch is superb!”
“I have had a few pairs of Paniolos and love them—they manage to look slim, despite easily accommodating my wide, high-arched feet. So durable, also. I hoped to be able to find a pair in black or a shade of blue, but was dismayed to find that they are only available in brown now. Olukai, please bring back other color options in this well-loved sandal!!”
“I am leaving a one-star review but the Paniolo itself is a home-run five star pair of flops. My issue is that it feels like Olukai isn't listening. This shoe has a HUGE following and many friends I know found it on their own, too. With almost 500 awesome reviews, why-oh-why aren't you making it anymore? The true genius of this shoe is the very hard sole and bottom tread, not to mention the gorgeous stitching detail. It has EVERYTHING. Yet Olukai hasn't carried just BASIC BLACK for almost two years. Neither has Zappos, Amazon, Nordstrom or REI. It's a huge fan favorite and my emails and calls asking for more always go unanswered. ALL the other Olukai flops (and I have them all) either have too thin of a strap or two rubbery of a soul. Just start producing this shoe again - it's golden. Not "Blueberry" Not all these weird browns - just stick to straight up black.”
