I tried one last time to reach someone higher up in the chain but was blown away when the second in command actually called me personally. Make a long time and story short!! not only did he apologize profusely about a issue the had with a bad batch.. but went above and beyond to not only replace the pair but allow me to try the new version for free also. I have always been a fan of olu kai shoes.. original, authentic and ohana! Totally tells you there story and now I know they live up to it!!”

“I have owned a dozen pairs of OluKai flip flops over the years and have recommended them many times, but I must say the quality is going downhill. the arch support was formerly superior to all others I have tried, but now only the Kalupa Kai version has significant arch support. You must have a new manufacturer that is causing you to lose your competitive edge!”
