I get enough support for my arch that the pain has gone away. Great for cooking as well. I am sure as soon as I am able to get back outside and head to the beach they will be perfect for that as well. :) I vary between a 9.5 and a 10 so I ordered the 10. They are slightly big on me but not enough to go back down a size.”
