“I would like to review the ease of dealing with Olukai. As soon as the order was delivered, I tried them on & found that they were too small. I contacted Olukai, and they had me fill out a form, and print off a mailing label. I could use the box they came in, plus the resealable bag the box was in. Very easy to do an exchange.
One thing about the label -- when I took it to the local UPS Store, they told me it was a US Mail label, and they could not give me a receipt. The Olukai website gives several local drop-off sites for returns, but did not say anything about US Mail. I have not received notice yet, that my return has been received, but it has only been a few days.”
