“I LOVE these slippers. So warm, and because the fleece is real sheep’s wool, my ultra sensitive skin in comfortable in them. My perpetually freezing feet are so happy now. I do wish they came in 1/2 sizes, though. These are a little larger than optimum, which took getting used to. Customer service was superlative. I ordered the wrong size and had trouble with the website trying to reorder. I got a response from a live human within a few hours, had a very convenient return and immediate shipment of the correct size. What a pleasure to deal with a company that still values customer service. I think that’s that Aloha spirit!!”
