“These are really comfortable and warm. I sized up. I’m usually a women’s 9 but they were way too tight in the toe box. This company is great about exchanges and returns - even if you’ve already worn them and you have an issue, contact customer service.”

“I LOVE these slippers. So warm, and because the fleece is real sheep’s wool, my ultra sensitive skin in comfortable in them. My perpetually freezing feet are so happy now. I do wish they came in 1/2 sizes, though. These are a little larger than optimum, which took getting used to. Customer service was superlative. I ordered the wrong size and had trouble with the website trying to reorder. I got a response from a live human within a few hours, had a very convenient return and immediate shipment of the correct size. What a pleasure to deal with a company that still values customer service. I think that’s that Aloha spirit!!”
