“When I ordered the 8.5 size the shoe came in a medium width. When I had to return them for the size 9 the larger size came in a WIDE size, the box did not indicate it was a WIDE size. I emailed you and asked if the size 9s also jumped to WIDE and the response I received indicated they did not. So I returned the size 9W for a regular size 9. I again received a 9 WIDE in a size 9 box. I give up. Not satisfied with the inability to get an accurate answer from your customer service.”
