“I previously ordered these shoes in a size 8, two years ago from L.L. Bean and LOVED them. It was time to order a new pair and when I found out that L.L. Bean no longer carried them, I decided to order them directly from your site. Unfortunately, they are not the same quality as the previous shoes. They are very still and VERY wide. Unfortunately, I threw the box and shipping information away before I realized this, or I would have sent them back, at least for a 7.5 or for a full refund. I really want to love them as I did before!”
