“The shoe was nice looking, but too big for my size 11.5 foot. I have been trying to manage a return for 3 days now, withouyt success. If I lived in Goleta, I would be banging on your door right now. I am in Southern coastal Oregon, and just one week out of the hospital for a broken hip ad broken shoulder. Unfortunately your shoe sips off the back of my heel when I try to walk. I have sent several emails.....

While I sometimes can get away with a size 12 and wearing socks. This won't work with your shoe. Please help me return these shoes! Please contirm receipt of my request.
