“I ended up exchanging the Bright White and getting the black ones instead. The Bright white is not pure white, but more of an off-white. I wanted a bright white shoe to replace my Vans slip ones. The exchange process was quick and easy as I had my new black ones within a week. I love them and have worn them on business trips that require a lot of walking on concrete floors. So far I have not switched out the inserts to my custom ones; I have found the ones in the shoe have been fine with my plantar fasciitis.”
