“I loved my Ho’opio sandals from the start - they are comfy and cute. Unfortunately in my first month of wearing them, they were damaged beyond repair (my fault, not a manufacturing issue.) But Olukai customer service was excellent! When I reached out to see if I could get a discount on a new pair, they told me since they were within the one month mark, they would send me a new pair. Thanks to their customer service I am a definite Olukai convert!”
