“These are the most comfortable slippers I've ever had. I normally wear a size 7.5. I initially sized down to a 7, but they were much too small. The size 8 was a little snug initially but relaxed to be a very nice fit after a few days. The lining is comfortable and not too warm. The color is a bright cheery red. They are easy to slip on and off but are secure even going up and down stairs. I can walk outside on wet pavement without the sides of the slipper getting wet. I like everything about them.”

However, customer service contacted me to ask about the issues I was having and went to great lengths to understand the issue and address it. It is now resolved and I love these slippers. The colors are great and they are warm and stylish--and, most importantly to me, not too bulky. What a lovely company and product!”
