“These shoes are light and roomy but I wouldn’t say they run wide just they are meant to be comfortable. The back of the shoe is flexible instead of stiff so slipping them on and pulling them up is no hassle. I really enjoy them because it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing much on my feet but they’re protected.”
“Was sent the wrong size and wrong color. Customer service took a week to respond to me and then just sent an automated response instructing me to return for a refund, with no apology or offer to send the correct product.
I realize mistakes happen but it is the resolution that counts and in this regard customer service failed to retain my business.”
“I bought these in the rose color which are quite adorable. We are no-tie, which I love and wasn’t entirely sure from the description and photos, which is exactly what I was looking for. The upper profile is different than a typical tennis shoe, which makes these unique. Ran a little big, I am typically a size 9 and sized down to 8.5. I have wide feet and the size down still worked quite well.”
