“I received these shoes in the mail yesterday. I like the fold down heel option. I normally wear a 9 but ordered 9 1/2 based on others reviews. I have a high instep and the larger size makes them easier to get on and off since the laces aren’t traditional. One of the main reasons I purchased these is because of the gel insert, however I can’t really feel it when I walk. Beautiful shoes and well made, but I thought they would be cushier inside.”
