“I rarely if ever write customer reviews but I must about this product. I bought a pair 2 summers ago. Mine have white straps actually. This past summer I bought 2 more, including one pair in brown leather. This past month, I took the 2 year old pair on an 18 day journey down the Colorado in the Grand Canyon. I love them!!! They received plenty of wear over the first couple of years but were really put to the test on the Colorado. I can't count the number of times, I was stuck in deep thick unforgiving mud at the river's edge and no matter how often I yanked my foot out (think great sucking sound), the sandal came along with the foot, in tact, no broken straps despite really punishing treatment. I love the wedge, love the comfort, and of course the durability.”
