“I have foot problems, so it's always great to find a show that isn't tight (I did buy half a size larger than normal) and has arch support. And the fold down heel is genius! Wool makes them warm enough for winter in the mid-Atlantic too.”
“Anyone who lives in a damp or coastal environment knows how wet cotton makes you colder than bare wet skin, but that wool will keep you warm wet or dry. As a resident of the Pacific NW, I was very excited to find these wool sneakers! They are easy to slip on, have good arch support, and look good with a range of casual wear. They are handy to run to get groceries or wrangle an over-exuberant pup.
I have the light grey, and they go well with a wide range of colors. I’ve also been impressed with how easily dirt wipes off (from dog paws). So far, I’ve only worn them outside in cool temperatures, but based on inside wear, I think they would work in warm temps too.
The width seems slightly narrow in the top box, which works well for me because I have long, narrow toes. People who have shorter toes and/or wider feet will probably find these tight in the toe box.”
