“Couldn't wait to get my new shoes. The first time I wore them, the tops rubbed against the top of my ankle so badly that I had to take them off after an hour or two. Since then I have worn them a few more times hoping that they would loosen up. Has not happened yet. Guess I will just have to use these when I'm doing a quick outing.
On the other hand, their customer service is fantastic. They reach out to me with some suggestions for how to loosen them up.
They do run true to size in my opinion.”
