“Unfortunately the size slipper that was ordered was incorrect. Due to this and the horrible return/exchange system they the company uses these slippers will never be worn. I expect better out of a company these days.”

“When I first saw them I fell in love with them. I even ordered a size larger as it did not have my size. The description did not mention ordering a larger size or I would have done that to avoid the hassle of returning during Christmas time. When I got them it was almost impossible to slip them on. After a tenacious effort, I was able to put them on They felt very narrow and my big toe touched the front seam. I have narrow feet and the size was larger than I normally wear. When I tried to return them for a larger size, all the sizes were not available. In addition, no other color or style or similar price was offered for exchange. I had to return them for a refund. Very disappointed.”

“Shoes look great but horribly mis-sized. At least one full size smaller than any other pair of shoes my wife owns and extremely narrow. They were sold out before we realized. We ended up having to give then to our 12 year old daughter. It is unfortunate, great looking slippers but will be hard to order online with confidence in the future.”
