“My most comfortable shoes are my Pehuea Lī that I've had for a few years (the old style with the thicker laces). I wanted a "fancier" shoe for work so I got these in black. I am born and raised in Hawaii and grew up wearing slippahs. I have small but wide feet so I ordered a half size bigger due to the reviews. Still, the laces were too short and the fit was very narrow. I read that the leather is soft so it should stretch so I bought longer elastic laces so I could break the shoes in. It's been a week wearing the shoes everyday and even though they stretched a little, the toe area is still hurting at the end of the day. I would like to suggest that OluKai should offer wide versions of their footwear.”
