“I am so disappointed about the size. I risked ordering online because I own a white pair of these that I bought over a year ago and love. I was so excited for my shoes to arrive but then when they came and I tried them on they were SO much smaller than expected. I wish I had returned them immediately but I had faith they would loosen up but after a week of wearing them at work my feet are aching and I feel like I've wasted my money. I don’t know why the size would be so inconsistent. Very disappointing and I feel like I've been ripped off.”
“I purchased this same shoe in the same size two years ago but I was disappointed to find that this pair was both too small and less refined overall (the extra rubber strip at the toe end of the shoe is gone and the liner is plain white instead of having a screen print). I returned them instead of exchanging for the next size up.”
“I am a huge fan of Olukai sandals due to the fit and footbed, soo comfortable. I always thought if Olukai made a shoe with the same footbed it would be a winner. I love the look of the shoe but the sizes run small. The footbed does not support my foot in the same way as the sandal. The arch does not hit my foot where i need it. This may be due to the sizing issue. I will go to your Disney Springs, Florida corporate store to try other shoes on in hopes of finding the perfect shoe.”
