“Shipping was a nightmare, although it was resolved. New pair sent after much back and forth between the shipping company and OluKai. Style was cute and seemed comfortable. Unfortunately I ended up not keeping. I’m between a 9.5/10. I saw the reviews that these run small, so I ordered a 10. The arch support felt very solid but in the wrong place. I wish it were slightly more forward, maybe this would have been the case had I ordered a 9.5. The heel part where these could be worn as slip ons is a great idea, however it left the heel support looking a little strange on the outside. I ordered for vacation and with the back and forth with shipping I decided to just send them back and not order a new pair. I’m still waiting for my credit card refund from OluKai.”
