“Feel bad about the bad review. The size 11 that I received was probably a size 9. Customer Service was great. I had the option of trying another pair in 11 or go to a size 12. That option was a head scratcher as I asked if maybe this was an oddball pair or was their entire inventory wrong? No good answer so I switched out to another color of a style I already had and they are fine. Customer Service gets A+. I have 9 pair of OluKai with one other issue that was again handled above and beyond expectation.”
