“I purchased three pairs for mother's day. One for my daughter who lives in Ventura, she loves them. She said they are the most comfortable pair of flip flops she has owned. The second for my mother, hers where the dark brown and she loves the look, style, color and fit as well. The third was purchased for myself. They were too small, by just a touch. I have never worn an 8 in my entire life in a sandal or athletic shoe. I used the measurement system and thought the 7 would work since I usually run 6.5-7.0. I do wish these shoes had a half size. I foot is between the two sizes. I need to return, but really don't want to pay for shipping. The customer service I received when ordering from two different addresses was wonderful. They made concession for two order since one is unable to ship to two different addresses on one order. I appreciated the assistance with free shipping since I could not complete the transaction in one order. I also purchases a pair of Nui - Rum - Rum / 13 flops for my fiance last year and he LOVES them. These run small as well. He normally wears a 10.5-11. Also, he can not wear flip flops and these are again, the most comfortable sandals. The only draw back is I wish they were not made in China.”
