“These fit well and were just what I was looking for in an espadrille. I wore them the first time out for breakfast and then walking around the shops. I didn’t have any discomfort, which I do sometimes with new shoes that have backs. I wear mostly sandals and flip flops here in Florida, but need a shoe once in a while and these are perfect. I noticed how you can fold the heels down and make a slide. I pulled the liner out to put on top, and it worked great, and would keep the heel/back cleaner if I decide to wear them like that. “These are super cute and I thought they'd be perfect for summer, but I couldn't wear them for long though because the back of the heel rubbed the top of my back ankle. I'm disappointed they didn't work out for me.....but the Pehuea's did :-) so I bought a second pair of those instead.”
