“I have bought shoes from this brand many times. However I recently ordered a pair of charcoal velvet tennis shoes. I noticed on the first pair that the “nap” on the velvet was in the wrong direction. This was on the top of the shoe so very noticeable. The size was wrong so I exchanged them thinking it was just a mistake on the smaller size shoe. Same thing on the correct size so I returned them. Disappointed in their quality control.”
