“Wow this company was difficult to reach for correct address. It wasn’t their fault. The delivery carrier should have called so I could advise of the unit number that was missing. But they were returned back to the shipper. I contacted them and they resent a new pair before they received the return. It made Christmas for me… my husband bought a pair in parry sound and I’ve wanted a pair ever since…. I’m just so happy. The comfort was exactly what I expected and surpassed customer service, once I figured out how to them.”
