“Bought as a Christmas gift for my wife. I wrapped the box without taking a good look at the contents of the shoe box. When she opened the present on Christmas morning unfortunately the two slippers were very different. The color was slightly off/different on each slipper and the fur accent was a totally different width, making the slippers look totally different. She is sending them back and we shall see how good their customer service is. Mistakes can happen for sure, just waiting to see how they handle the issue.”
