“Well, unfortunately my pair didn't make it fully intact through the mail system. My box was crushed and a soaking wet cardboard mush. I'm not sure what happened there. And Olukai refund me completely. I was told to keep the shoes, because they no longer had any left in my size. I waited 3 days for them to dry and gave them a go anyways. They turned out ok...don't look like a new shoe. They are still cute and comfy. The fold down heel makes them a great travel shoe for easy slip on and off at airports. Comfy enough for all day walking support and breathability. I would still recommend this style and Oulkai, for their great customer support.
Hint: Use a shipping bag, instead of the original shoe box taped, with a label.”
