“I’ve purchased 4 pairs of sandals from this company and have been delighted with their quality and comfort. So was happy and prepared to pay well over the odds (over £100) for the slipper sandals which I expect would be of equal quality!
Hugely disappointed! Unequally made one being of a different shape at the front to the other and after 2 evenings wear the black fluffy covering to the toe area worn completely through to the white base layer!
I’ve sent photos and a complaint to the company asking for a refund / replacement pair over 5 days ago and heard nothing back!”
