“Received my first pair and not unlike some reviews, the shearling wore off under the big toe on one of the slippers within 2 weeks. However, Olukai was swift in responding and very easily and efficiently allowed a return and immediately shipped out a new pair. I have now had that one for 2 weeks and so far, so good. I LOVE the feel and comfort of the slipper and wear it all the time although I have several other pairs of Olukai.”

However, like some of the reviewers, I too noticed that the base by the toe of one of the slippers wore out within a week of wearing! I was hoping that would not be the case, however, I plan on getting an exchange given the policy that Olukai stands behind. I have many pairs of their slippers and love each one of them!”
