“My wife loves the sandals, but that’s not the reason why I’ll be buying more products. Customer service is top notch, first pair of shoes I ordered got lost in shipping, within 24 hours of asking where my order was it was resolved and another order placed. Shortly after this it was discovered that they no longer had the size needed in that style so I was refunded then asked to pick out another pair of shoes. I sent in what we wanted expecting my account to be charged for them and I wasn’t. While the initial order was frustrating it was impossible to get mad with the effort they put in to get another pair of shoes coming my way then to get refunded and still sent another pair took it over the top. Great products and amazing company, can’t wait to place another order for my wife and for myself!”
