They are true to size (I normally wear size 5 and these in size 5 were perfect!) The top is Velcro, so it’s fully adjustable to fit your needs. “The perfect pair of slides I've been searching for! Since I started working from home during COVID, I've been trying to find a pair of comfortable slides to wear around the house. I have foot problems, so I'm very picky. I tried OOFOS, but the material made my feet hot and sweaty, and they're super slippery when wet. Then I tried Chacos Chillo slides, but they were really wide and not very cushy. I guess 3rd time is a charm, because these Olukai Nu'aMino slides are AMAZING! They are incredibly soft, but still supportive. They're adjustable so you can wear them with and without socks, and my feet feel secure. I love the terry cloth lining on the inside too; it's so cozy. The only thing I can't figure out is what the little pull tab on the side of them is for? I also wish they were available in more colors; I would love to get a second pair in a neutral shade too. If you're looking for a comfortable, stylish and supportive pair of slides, look no further!”
