“I had a pair of Olukai that I’d gotten in Honolulu some time ago, and I had forgotten just how comfortable they are.
After about two and a half years of mostly going barefoot on hardwood floors over a cement apron, my feet were killing me. I received these, opened the box, and slipped them on. Suddenly there were rainbows everywhere, unicorns prancing by, and a swarm of butterflies descended from the sky. Okay, I’m exaggerating a bit here, but not by much. It was certainly as if my poor feet had just been enveloped by the most comforting hug.
I have high arches that are placed far back on my feet, and these fit very well. While the arches on the slippers aren’t especially high, the consistency of the footbed allows what arch support there is to mold to my feet and it makes such a difference.
At first the leather edge of the upper was uncomfortably tight, but after a couple of days it had stretched into the perfect fit.
Worth every penny, and then some.”
