“Apparently this slipper runs small. My left foot is slightly larger than the right - I think I’d have liked it if it had been a true size 9. OluKai’s customer service, however, is unsurpassed. The return process was simple, and the replacement slippers I ordered are perfect. I’m a happy customer and the happy owner of three pair of OluKai shoes!”
“I originally ordered these in a smaller size, closer to my actual shoe size but had to return them for something larger. I thought they'd be a little fluffier on the inside & exchanged them for a bigger size so I could wear them with thicker socks. I like that these are indoor/outdoor slippers.”
