“Love the styles and comfort of the shoe. I had to do an exchange due to my error. Once you hit the pay you will not be able to fix or change anything in your order. I called customer service with 5 mins of my order and they were not able to help with fixing my error. I was told I had to wait for my item and then return it. (Remind you less than 5 mins with placing my order) The exchange process was slow and very disappointing. I never had to wait over a week to get my item exchange. The sizing goes from a 10 to 11. Where is the 10.5? If you wear a 10.5 definitely get a 10.”
