“These shoes are beautiful and soft, but not comfortable. Insole provides absolutely no cushion at the ball of the foot. I do have a higher arch. Customer service suggested breaking them in and wearing them 10 or 15 minutes at a time. That did not work. Second contact with customer service was told they’re not meant for somebody with an arch. I got a scuff on one of the shoes walking around the house trying to break them in so did not return them. Switched out insole and using my Ecco golf shoe insole to make these shoes wearable. Would absolutely not buy again.”
