“I have been buying these HUIA shoes for several years now.. I used to love them and felt I could rely on Olukai to deliver me the same exact comfortable pair of shoes every time. The pair I recently received are absolutely nothing like their old model. I don’t know what is going on with the company, but obviously their quality is going downhill. #1: they feel light and cheap. #2: The back heel is so stiff I can barely get the shoe on and when I do get it on the shoe feels like a super tight paper cardboard pair of shoes. I’m extremely disappointed and I am now mourning the quality demise of my favorite shoe company.”
