“I loved these shoes when I saw them, and then ordered them on the day that Olukai was donating proceeds to the Maui Fire Fund. They are awesome, but I think that I just have a super high instep and so the tongue of the shoe is very tight across my foot. I won't return because I want to keep my donation intact. But this would not stop me from buying another Olukai shoe. I love the slippers, the sandals. I just think this might not be the best shoe if you have a super high arch/instep. But it's a beautiful shoe.”

“Other reviews people said they felt like shoes that were already broken in. I completely agree! At first I wasn't sure how I felt about the attached tongue but after putting them on maybe three times I realized how simple it is. They are incredibly comfortable! I have plantars fasciitis and some other issues with the nerves on the top of my foot and a bunion. I am in a habit of always taking my shoes off as soon as I enter the house but with these I forget to take them off :-)”
