“First, this was a replacement shoe. I had purchased tennis shoes from a brick and mortar but the shoes were defective. The brick and mortar store refused to exchange the tennis shoes but OluKai has a great warranty and told me that it didn't matter where I bought the shoes, they have a 1 year warranty on all of their shoes. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size to replace the tennis hoes but they allowed me to choose any other shoe as a replacement. WOW! Customer service was wonderful and helpful in taking care of everything to get the exchange taken handled in a timely manner.
My new mules are super comfy, a little lighter in color than I thought. The inside of the shoe was a bit slippery at first and I thought I wasn't going to be able to keep them on my feet. But a few laps inside of my house fixed it and the slick finish was gone. I love these shoes and would recommend them to anyone. I felt they were true to size, I wear a 9. OluKai is a great company! Everyone in my family has owned
slippers for years and now we will not hesitate to buy shoes from them too!”
