“The shoe looks great. The foot bed is comfortable, but where the footsteps made the thong that goes between your toes is very uncomfortable. It’s shaped like a T and a rubs The top of my toes. I wanted to return them after I had worn them for a couple of hours and emailed to ask how I received an email back that said to use the virtual assistant. The virtual assistant was very easy to use and sent the return information to me for happy returns. However, today I received another email, but if my shoes have been worn or the tag taken off, it couldn’t be returned. The virtual assistant did not ask a question about tags or whether the shoes have been worn at all. Sometimes a person can’t tell if shoes are comfortable until they have been worn for a bit. I’m not asking to return them after a week where just a few hours. If nothing else Olukai could donate them to a shelter and probably use it as a tax ride off.”
